See tutorial for this one

Second trailer set way back for short bite.

Permanent marker to create some contrast. Redo once in a while as it tends to fade a bit.

See tutorial. Blade on end is great attracter when jigged. Caught 3 muskie on this bait the last day I was out in the 2009 season.

A great way to spice up a tube. Add your own strands to the trailer. See tutorial.

An odd creation that I'm sure will work. 3 ounces in the head. Tubing is flexible conduit from Canadian Tire. Big action plastic Big Game trailer.

Great, thin flashabou material that undulates much like bucktail. Got this stuff at Pier 1 Imports at Pen Centre. It is xmas decoration.

The blade was spray painted with a white primer and then with the fluorescent chartreuse. The white base is needed for the brightness of the final colour to come through. Epoxied with Devcon 2 Ton (Wal-Mart in the states).

Big, beautiful saltwater squid we use for Tuna on the Atlantic coast. This bait is 13" long. They come up to 18". Trailer has living rubber and flashabou added. Notice the tapered head on these baits. This allows for a more erratic motion. If you trim the nose off and leave a hole, it will move more like a conventional tube, creating as well, a bubble trail as water passes from the nose and out through the back.
